Wow! After watching this documentary "Loose Change", it has changed my perspective extremely! It makes a person wonder, could this have been a hoax? Could 9/11 have been planned? There are so many conspiracies going on, and its really confusing how there are so many characters involved. I wonder how this person got a hold of all the documentations, and recordings without getting in trouble by the government. Well, I definitely think this documentary is worth watching, and I hope everyone that reads this blog watches it. It can be found on youtube. Religion and Terrorism
Lately I have been noticing that the general public has affiliated terrorists groups with specific religions. Now this is not a biased opinion, however ever since 9/11 has occurred the United States has gone to extreme measures of screening every single Muslim person in their country. Whenever a person with the name Mohammed, Abdul, or any other Islamic name tries to go for a vacation, they are screened before they can fly. I think this is discrimination, and just because the individuals that are with the Al-qaeda are Muslims does not give the public an excuse to cast them by their religion. Not all Muslims are members of Al-qaeda, and not all Muslims are bad. There are many races that have terrorist groups such as, FARC (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Columbia), KKK, and Tamil Tigers, so what makes them different from Al-qaeda? There has been so much media frenzy about Al-qaeda that it has literally hypnotized the world into believing that Al-qaeda is the worst terrorist group in the world,but in reality it is just a newly born group that has gained stardom in the recent years. What i'm trying to say is that we shouldn't discriminate people just because a certain terrorist group is from their ethnicity, and to religiously discriminate them is, by far, human ignorance.

Did you know there is a terrorist research center? I never even knew that! the other day i was using google to search things on terrorism and i found this website. The website was founded in 1996, the Terrorism Research Center, Inc. (TRC) is an independent institute dedicated to the research of terrorism, information warfare and security, critical infrastructure protection, homeland security, and other issues of low-intensity political violence and gray-area phenomena. They handle every terrorism plot in the world! That is quite a huge task, and i never even knew this existed. I wonder if they are trying to keep this on the down low from everyone hearing...

Foreign Affairs...
Today I actually decided to go to the Canadian Foreign Affairs website, and look at terrorism. On the website there was a section, "Counter-Terrorism and Transportation" which really caught my attention. When i started reading I couldn't believe that the Canadian government spent so much towards the prevention of terrorism. Here's a section of the paragraph that left me pondering for a few minutes...
Canada's transportation system covers more than 9 million square kilometres with close to 1 million kilometres of road, 50,000 kilometres of rail lines, 646 certified airports, and more than 300 commercial ports and harbours. The Government of Canada is very seriously committed to protecting Canadians' safety and security and has invested significantly in protecting all types of transportation. Since September 11, 2001 Canada has committed more than $9 billion to enhance our national security.
Can you believe this? $9 billion? Where? Honestly, what have they done? I know we have authorities in designated places, but what about places like Abbotsford? I have personally been to the agriculture side of Abbotsford, and I can say that if I wanted to illegal make my way into the United States then I would only have to cross the street. I am not even lying! Does the government not think about these sorts of places? Terrorists won't try to go through the border unless they are desperate for transportation. I just wonder, how many illegal immigrants, or more importantly how many terrorists have crossed through these farms to go back in forth from Canada to the United States and vice versa? I am so shocked by how much the government has spent, and still there is no guarantee that our national border is secure.

So how do you feel about living in Vancouver during the Olympics? I honestly am terrified, I think that we are going to experience some terrorist acts. I know for a fact that the Taliban have said that Canada is on the list for countries to be attacked, so I want to know what everyone thinks about that?

A Spy for France & England
Hello folks!
Two days ago I came across a documentary on the BBC news channel, and it involved a man spying on the Al Qaeda, so i decided to watch it. At first, I thought it would be quite boring, and unimpressive; like a poorly thought out plan. However, as I started getting sucked into the notion of being a spy for the secret services I realized that this man put his life on the line to gather information. I could not possibly imagine what traumatic experiences he endured during his job.
He would deliver explosives and guns to different countries by driving there. The car would always break down by a police stand, and the police would help him get his car running again because they were completely aware of what the car contained. These Al Qaeda men were so intelligent that they ripped off the leather and put the guns behind the leather interior of the car, and put the leather back, so the guns were concealed.
When he did not have any jobs for the Al Qaeda, he would go to the secret services and tell them what occurred. After a year or two, he was sent to Pakistan to meet with some other Al Qaeda members. They all travelled to Afghanistan after a week; to the training camp. The man explained to the interviewer that he was taught how to make bombs and poisonous gases using household items. He also stated that they trained each member of the group to resist giving out details while being captive in prison.
I was in complete shock when i watched all this, and I cannot believe this man endured all this just for the secret services. He wasn't even trained on how to spy, yet he managed to gather so much information. All this spying occurred before 9/11, and the President of the United States knew that America would have been attacked because the FBI and CIA were aware of the Al Qaeda for years. It really makes citizens wonder, what happened?why weren't precautions taken?.....
Well, I believe we should wait for the Presidency elections to end, and hopefully America will pick a President that is willing to defend their country without having to kill millions of innocent individuals!

Economy!
Wow another day and another economy. Everyday, the Canadian dollar either rises or falls. Why? It use to be that $100 Canadian was equivalent to $50 American. Now its only a matter of a few dollars or no difference.
I remember this one time my aunt and I were in the Bellis Fair mall, and she was giving the cashier at Macy's a Canadian quarter. The cashier told my aunt that we don't take Canadian money. My aunt was furious, and told the cashier, "One of these days Canadians won't take American money because our money will be greater in value", and she walked out of the store.
I just thought I would share this with you because I feel that what my aunt said was true! It did happen, and the American economy is dropping ridiculously everyday. I believe that if Obama becomes president, he maybe able to change that country around.

Leaders?! Pft!
Stephen Harper? George W. Bush? Who are these men? Can they even be classified as men? Perhaps the term "men" gives them some significance, however "leader" would definitely be stretching it! I know that they lead prosperous countries, but do they seriously have any idea what their chauvinistic attitudes are doing to this world? Stephen Harper has let 75 Canadian Soldiers and 1 Diplomat die in Afghanistan since 2002, yet he continues to urge the Canadian Government to support our troops in this fight against terrorism. In the beginning of this war, Canadian Government refused to help the Americans with the war against terrorism, yet we have hundreds of soldiers fighting over seas, and for what? Why are our troops there?! That is a question that Stephen Harper has yet to answer.

George is quite the drama queen. He tends to say things that have no relative meaning to his topic, and ties the belief of God into catching terrorists. I understand that he wants to catch terrorists, but when did religion provoke murdering thousands of innocent people? I don't recall the bible stating that "Thou shalt kill those who terrorize". I guess Bush likes to create his own imaginary rules and tie it to Christianity, and still majority of the American population still support Bush. How ridiculous? When will these people see that he is just a person out with his own agenda to start a huge world revolution!!

Terrorism has affected the United States and Canada extremely, from the time 9/11 has occurred to the present it is definitely a mystery about what will happen next. 9/11 opened the world's eyes to a different view of life; no one knew these terrorists could do so much harm, but the real question is...why is it that such big terrorists acts make these two countries alert of whats going on? I mean, there have been terrorists acts before in these two countries, however, 9/11 has been the largest, WHY?
